Anyone know if Frank put out any CDs, etc., w/o any humor on it, none at all, like a concept album or something? All I ever heard out of him was sick/sexy humor, albeit great musicianship! Then of course he did some political ramblings. Gary
Without humour? Jazz from Hell, Hot Rats, Waka/Jawaka, Francesco Zappa, Grand Wazoo to a lesser degree. Umm...Guitar, Shut up N Play Yer Guitar, most of You Can't Do That On Stage Anymore II. But Zappa and humour went hand in hand. You can;t have one without the other.
